Problem to Possibility: Positive Change Methods Podcast Episode 14

Problem to Possibility: Positive Change Methods Podcast Ep 14 cover

How do you get a problem-focused team to start looking at positives?

If you try to move them on without acknowledging problems, they’re just going to dig their heels in and think you’re looking at things through rose-coloured glasses – or worse, that you’re embodying ‘toxic positivity’.

In this episode, I show you an easy exercise that you can use at the start of any group problem-solving process, appreciative or not, that gets your group moving towards solutions rather than just reacting to problems. It’s called the ‘Problem to Possibility Tree’.
