Well, most countries not covered by PayPal anyway.
The Coaching Leaders online store uses PayPal to take payments. I had not realised, until alerted by a frustrated customer in Egypt, that there are certain countries that PayPal does not operate in for some reason.
After some research, I found that Google Wallet is available to purchasers in many of these countries, and is quick and easy to set up both for merchants and customers.
Here’s the list of countries excluded from PayPal that Google Wallet covers:

Cameroon
Egypt
Equatorial Guinea
Georgia
Ghana
Haiti
Lebanon
Moldova
Monaco
Nigeria
Pakistan
Paraguay
Macedonia
Serbia
Uzbekistan
Zimbabwe

I will send you an email invoice, and manually send the download links for the product(s) to you once I receive payment.
