Here's the good news: there's a lot that you can do to help people cope with that anxiety!

This 90-minute live practice session is designed to improve your capacity to detect and reduce anxiety:

  • Improve your capacity to separate yourself from surrounding emotional processes – helping others demands your own non-anxious presence.
  • Why statements like “I think if management was more knowledgeable, the impact of crisis on people would be reduced” are actually a sign of a problem with the person making the statement.
  • Learn to notice your own blind spots of anxiety from your own language.
  • Learn to detect changes in the language other people use – an excellent indicator that something is not right.
  • Practice using the Experience Cube to help people to understand the reason why their anxiety went up.
  • Learn to reframe the statements people use in anxious situations to give them back control and get them out of ‘victim state’.
  • Learn to communicate from a place of non-anxious presence.
